Arrive by 9:15 AM to settle in and set up your yoga mat. The yoga session begins promptly at 9:30 AM and runs until 9:50 AM. Led by experienced instructors who will guide you through poses that align with the principles of Karma Yoga. From 10 AM to 12 PM, grab a paddle and take part in a hands-on cleanup effort. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the scenic beauty of Baltimore while contributing to the health of our environment.
